Ok. this might work, I can't test it because due to my frustration with the PASSWORD and dexter for not being forthcoming with the information on how this was RAR'ed, I erased the file. Maybe some one who still has can test and let everyone else know the results.
Steps that might work:
1. Change your keyboard layout to POLISH.(if you don't know how to do this, Google it)
2. Open the file with WinRAR.
3. Copy the password, just as you see it.*
4. Before pasting the pass, confirm that your keyboard layout is still showing POLISH.
5. Now you can paste the password.
6. In theory it should UnRAR now.
***If this works for anyone, please post your results in this thread
*Note: Dexter, of course its gonna work for your friends, they probably have a Polish keyboard, just like you.
****Unfortunately, the file has been removed from Rapidshare, if this password workaround works for anyone, can you please upload it to RAPID again??

Just a suggestion dexter, next time use standard alpha numeric characters for your passwords, ok?
