"CCCP Fedeli alla Linea" (1982-1990) were an Italian band formed in 1982 in Berlin by vocalist Giovanni Lindo Ferretti and guitarist Massimo Zamboni. The band's style was self-defined by the members themselves as “Musica Melodica Emiliana - Punk Filosovietico” (“Melodic Music of Emilia-Romagna - pro-Soviet punk”).
Their name, CCCP, is the acronym for SSSR, (Russian: Союз Советских Социалистических Республик; transliterated Sojuz Sovetskich Socialističeskich Respublik); (Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, abbreviated USSR).
CCCP left behind the stereotypes of punk rock, and reached for a genre-defying convergence of militant rock, industrial music, Folk, electropop, Middle Eastern music, and even chamber music while delivering through their lyrics a bleak vision of humankind, also introducing elements of expressionist theater and existentialist philosophy in their live shows.
CCCP's works influenced dozen of artists such as Marlene Kuntz, Massimo Volume, and Offlaga Disco Pax.

Irene Grandi (born December 6, 1969) is an Italian singer.
Irene Grandi was born in Florence.
She debuted in the Sanremo Music Festival in the category New Proposed with "Fuori", in 1994.
Her first album, Irene Grandi, contained songs written with Eros Ramazzotti ("Sposati subito") and Jovanotti ("T.V.B."). In 1995, her second album, In vacanza da una vita, was released. It contained such songs as "In vacanza da una vita" and "Bum bum". These albums were followed up by Se mi vuoi, Per fare l'amore, Buon compleanno, and Prima di partire per un lungo viaggio.
In 2000, she placed second in the Sanremo Music Festival with a song written together with Vasco Rossi.
She performed lead vocals on the song "Blue", the closing track on French producer Hector Zazou's 2003 album Strong Currents.
In 2004, she made her debut as a conductor with Marco Maccarini at the Festivalbar. (Wikipeda)

Enrico Caruso (February 25, 1873 - August 2, 1921) was an Italian opera singer. As has been stated repeatedly in print by reputable critics, biographers and musicologists, he was one of the greatest and most influential tenors in history. Caruso was also one of the most significant singers in any genre in the first two decades of the 20th Century and one of the most important pioneers of recorded music. Vinicio Capossela (born 14 December 1965) is an Italian singer-songwriter.
Ironic, sentimental, overflowing in his histrionism, Vinicio Capossela is the most gifted among the Italian singer songwriters of his generation. His more evident models are the sour and delirious blues of Tom Waits and the Paolo Conte's Jazzy song. But in his repertoire also cohabit the theater of Brecht and the surrealism, Mediterranean melodies and roaring sonority of clear Balkan matrix , circus pantomimes and crepuscular atmospheres.

Big singer, among the first ones to launch in Italy the musical kind of the folk-revival. He won "Canzonissima 1974" with "Lu maritiello". For decades he exhibited in the greatest plazas of the South and for the Italian to the foreign countries. His popularity to the North (among the immigrants) has the proper apex in the years '70.
18 million of sold disc and over 6000 shows performed all over the world, some in the most prestigious theaters (twenty minutes of applauses in the Madison Square Garden in New York in 1976).

Vincenzo Jannacci (June 3, 1935—) more commonly known as Enzo Jannacci is an Italian singer-songwriter, actor and stand-up comedian. He is regarded as one of the most important artists in the post-war Italian music scene.
Born in Milan, Jannacci is widely considered as a master of musical art and cabaret, and in the course of his career has collaborated with many famous Italian musicians, performing artists, journalists, television personalities and comedians. He has written around thirty albums and soundtracks, some of which have since come to be seen as milestones in the history of Italian popular music. In the second half of the 1990s he was considered to be finished as an artist, but in recent years he has managed to appeal to a new audience and has won awards and recognition for his latest recorded works.
He is also regarded as one the founders of Italian rock and roll music, along with Adriano Celentano, Luigi Tenco and Giorgio Gaber, with whom he collaborated for over forty years.
