Al Stewart -1979- The Live Radio Concert Album (VBR)
This legendary "For Promotional Use Only" LP was recorded November 24, 1978 at the studios of radio station WKQX in Chicago during the "Time Passages" tour. It is known among fans as "The Blue Album". According to Al Stewart only 2500 copies were pressed. It's an excellent performance recorded at the height of Stewart's commercial success.

Good to see more interest in this gem. To me, it was quite a treasure to find this rarity, especially when I never knew it existed before a few months ago! (even though I've liked Al's music since the mid-70s)
It's still available (for now), so act quickly if you want to add this gem to your collection. |
