Hey do you think you could post a version worth listening to? I can't for the life of me figure out why people encode their MP3's in JointStereo. It sounds like total crap.
I appreciate the post, but you need to change the way you are encoding. Take the encode settings off of AUTO and select STEREO, HIGH QUALITY or HIGHEST QUALITY, CONSTANT BITRATE 192, LOWPASS 20,000. That should take care of it. If you use these settings you will pretty much get the best CD quality rip that you can. Anything less is a waste of time.
